Our warehouses are nationally distributed, enabling us to serve customers more efficiently. However, during major festivals and holidays, order processing and delivery times may be slightly delayed.

Processing Time: Once your payment is received, your order is immediately sent to our warehouse for verification, quality check, and packaging, which typically takes 1–2 business days.

Shipping Time: Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to regional logistics and festive season demands.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to easily track your shipment on our website at any time through the Track Your Order page. While most of our shipping partners provide tracking services, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
